In September of 2014, the Somersett Owners Association (SOA) Board of Directors (BOD) issued a $25K contract to Hansford Economic Consulting for an “Amenities Assessment and Planning Process”.  The scope of work to be performed was summarized as follows: “Objectively analyze existing and potential demands on SOA amenities and provide recommendations for any changes to existing and planned facility offerings.  Design and facilitate a process to create a five year plan with short-term and long-term goals/projects.
