Purpose of the meeting is to open vendor bids for 1) Rockery Wall and Hillside repairs resulting from winter storms and 2) the TCTC Pool Redesign Proposals.
Cost for the repair work is expected to be in the $1.0M range, which raises the following questions:
- Coverage under SOA Insurance policies
- Availability of Reserve Funds
- Impact on Homeowner Assessments
- Country Club Liability (some rockery wall damage is on SOA property leased to the Country Club)
Not sure as to what extent these issues will or will not be discussed at the meeting. However, as in all BOD open meetings, owners will have the opportunity to comment or ask questions.
